ABOUT
An insatiable curiosity about our rapidly changing world has become the main source of inspiration for my work as a freelance professional photographer and filmmaker.
Inspired by the human experience, I am continually drawn towards humanitarian stories and themes. I have a particular interest in exploring how macro events manifest in individual lives - from communities adapting their traditional practices in a rapidly modernising world, to personal stories of resilience and transformation. Through dynamic visual storytelling I aim to capture candid, authentic moments that remind us of our shared humanity - moments that transcend borders and boundaries.
By the end of my teenage years, photography had become a core means of expression and was a way to engage with the world around me. Growing up without a deep connection to any cultural heritage sparked a profound appreciation for communities that maintain their traditions amidst widespread global change. As I followed my curiosity and began to have transformative experiences, the camera provided the impetus to step outside of my comfort zone and immerse myself in diverse cultures and societies. By forming genuine connections with individuals, I endeavor to reflect the unique spirit of my subjects with powerful authenticity. This approach has taught me how photography and filmmaking can be impactful tools for fostering appreciation, inspiring change and broadening perspectives.
Whether collaborating with NGOs, indigenous communities, or editorial outlets, I am eager to work on meaningful projects that inspire change and advocacy, while celebrating the richness of our shared humanity.
